From Silver Spring

95 North to exit 43 (Route 100, Glen Burnie). Go approximately 6 miles and take exit #11 for Odenton/Lithicum (Route 170/Telegraph Road). Bear left (170N/ Lithicum) past light. Go 1 mile to 176 (east Dorsey Road). Make right at light and follow 176 approximately 5 miles to Crain Highway (Route 3) or Ritchie Highway (Route 2). Make right at either. Go 1/4 mile to Empire Towers Building, Suite #313.

Route 97 becomes South Route 50. Take Rt. 50 west towards Bowie/Crofton. Take Exit 13A, Route 301 towards Richmond. Make a Right at the First Light into the Gateway Shopping Plaza. Turn left at the end of the road (Mitchellville). Make a quick left at the Washington Bank Building, 4201 Mitchellville, and Park. You will see a Four Story Building. Enter the glass doors on the street (First Level). Follow the signs that say Allergy Health Care, Suite 102 (Same space as Maryland Primary Care).
