Insurance and Fees

In general, fees charged in this office are comparable to those charged by other Allergists in the area. We accept personal checks, Visa, or Mastercard.

If we participate in your insurance company, we will submit your claim forms directly to your insurance company. You will only be responsible for copayments and deductibles as outlined by your insurance plan. These plans require that you pay our deductibles at the time the service is rendered.

The front desk staff will always be glad to discuss fees with you. Should you have financial problems that result in your delaying payment, please contact the office manager and discuss it. We will not know you are having problems unless you tell us. We will make every effort to work out an acceptable payment plan to enable you to take care of your obligation.
